Official release date is tomorrow, I pre ordered the limited edition one from game, they sent me a email 2 days ago saying it had been dispatched, Im guessing I am just lucky.

 

o i see i preordered mine in shop does that mean its in,is limited edition worth the extra money

I have both, had GT since the first and Forza too, IMO Forza is better now than GT5 for sure.
I would never in a million years buy a PS3 for GT5, like I did years ago when it was supposed to come out. biggest fail.
Forza 4 is so good its unreal mate.

Fudgy, I have no idea about forza 4, but judging what I have seen it does not seem much better than forza 3.

its what you want in a game, GT5 is a simulator and totally anal about everything, with version 2.0 which has just come out its, it real, never seen anything like it and the online side is just brilliant.


but, its full of jap cars and yank stuff, you cannot mod graphics, limited wheel choice.


if you like modding a car and pissing about on a track, with your mates and your not bothered how real it is then Foza4, if your anal twat like me, were it must be perfect go for GT5.

 

Nope mate, you have got it wrong, GT5 is the best racing simulator, but not the best game.

 

Sorry mate but I dont see it like that, I'm anal about that stuff too, there is just as much adjustment and tuning if not more in Forza, it drives better, ie powerfull RWD cars dont just accelerate straight on spinning the wheels like in GT5, obviously there are 1000s of points that could be made for both of them, however I was a GT fan, and I think Forza is better, i do still play GT5, but its not my number 1 anymore.

I think GT5 is shit tbh forza is so much better more tuning you can actually upgrade brakes and change wheels on all cars I don't give a shit if I can wash my car or change the oil on a game

 

Ok, but on gt5 rwd drives they just don't wheel spin in a straight line, fuck me I have been playing shuffle races online now since 2.0 has come out, the fuckers are all over the place with no driver aides, every car is just how you would drive it, yes there is more adjustment on Forza, but it does not seem to do anything.

is the full game any different to the demo (,gameplay wise) as played the demo tonight and was disappointed, you can barely steer the car, and it just wanted to snake everywhere, I know they are trying to make it as real as possible, but real cars dont drive like that, full lock seems to barely move the wheels.

It has loaded the ionfo from my Forza 3 game but does it not carry over the credits you had from the last game? I want to mod the hell out of the Escos.

 

If you get to manufacturer level 4 all the mods are free for that make, so you will be able to mod your cars for the fun of it without using your credits.

Forza series pisses on Gran Turismo IMO. Gameplay, graphics, the cars, customising etc etc. It has it all.
