Default Which Graphics Card?

I need a new Graphics card and want to keep it under 150 squid. I'm thinking of either 9800 pro or 6600 gt. What are your thoughts or suggestions? Any help much appreciated

Just keep in mind that you prob. need an AGP card and not pci-e from which you can choose nowadays with the new range nvidea cards.

hi mate , i would always go for the nvidia chipset cards, the 6600 is very good and you can get for under 150 quid alternative is the 256 fx5500 also very good nvidia r the boys

If it's for a gaming machine, I wouldn't suggest going with any of the FX range, since they don't properly support DirectX9 as hardware.......get a 6600 minimum, if you're going with nVidia.

definitly a gaming machine . Is there much differance between the 6600 and 6600GT? Is it worth paying more for a 6800?

asus 9600xt is a good card
get the 128mb version as its quicker than the 256mb one
