Looking at getting a ps3 soon found this one on play but at the bottom it says not backward compatible with PS2 games although it is a 80gb

I thought all the 80gb ones could play ps2 games?

but why would you want to play PS2 games on a ps3 i dont know......

I have never played a single PS2 game on mine, all the Classic PS1/2 games are on the PS Store to download anyway!

i had about 50 when i got my ps3, traded most of them inn like...


but with your bundle trade them inn or sell private etc?



Playstation Store is where you can download Games/Vids/Themes etc etc via your PS3!

the other thing I noticed on the newer ps3 80gb is only 2 usbs compared to the four i have on my 60gb along with the memory card reader which the 80gb model doesn't have. bludy good console mind- i use it all the time without fault to stream, look at photos, watch blu ray, play music and occasionally to play games lol
