Default Saving your PS3's Game data....

Basiclly can i save all my Game saves that i have on my HD to another device such as a PC or something?

Hi Lee, yes you can do this. Basically you need a laptop hd reading device which is called a USB SATA device? From there you can remove the ps3's hd, place it in the sata drive and access all the files within. I think your game saves will open in notepad. Once you get your game saves to this format you can then also edit the files which i think is how people where cheating on cod4.

Or get a USB hard rive caddy with a drive in it and connect to the PS3 and do a backup!

You cannot change usernames (Setup new account) and move your saves over Other than that you can save it onto any external device that plugs into the PS3. Saved mine on a SD memory card
