should i sell my xbox and buy a ps3? i love my xbox, but mainly play games that are out on both. The blue ray player alone tempts me.

i had the 360 and tbh i didnt like it hence the reason i sold it and waited for the ps3 to come out and ive not looked back since
as already said call of duty 4 is very very addictive lol

i love cod4 on the box, aswell as fifa, sold halo as i didnt like it. im thinking blue ray, Home, and gran turismo...

ps3 online is naff in comparison
also ps3 joypads are toss for fps shooter games

Can you not just buy a Blu-ray player? It'd be silly swapping a 360 for a PS3 just for that reason especially as overall the XBOX has the better games and is better online. I've owned all kinds of consoles growing up including playstations and for me the 360 is the best at gaming yet. I really doubt you'll find the gaming better on PS3.

On this particular site more people seem to own the PS3 so you'll get swayed that way asking here.

 

I regret getting my PS3 mate... wish I'd kept my 360 now. Online gaming is where its at, and the 360 is waaaay better than the PS3 is IMO.

but it cost around £100 a year to go online on the xbox...so im told by someone who has one anyway...the person in question has both xbox 360 and ps3 and he reckons ps3 is better all round..

the 360 needs LOTS and LOTS of wires to connect everything up and it looks like spagetti junctino behind the telly and 360

the ps3 needs 2, one to send power to the ps3 and one to send the signal/sound to the telly, everything else is wireless

that said, my favorite game at the moment is still lost planet on the 360

 

PS3 Sony are improving their online playability every day

 

The xbox 360 is the best console ever made the dashboard and online play are just godly
BUT every time i used i feared the red ring and one day it happened
So i bouth a PS3 and its still working
