how many bought eagle??

I can't play bf2 at the mo, comp just shits itself when i play its on its last legs

 

im always on .. normally 6:30 - 9:30 pm...

come one chris .. i cant decide betweeen the 6850 and the 6600 you know that ... if the 6600 can run at 3ghz+ then yeah .. i might consider it as that would be bloody awesome .. however will the 6850 running at 1333 fsb be any quicker if you can clock that faster @ 3.5 ghz + ????

thing is, i'm not sure you'd really want to get into clocking them, i'm not sure they'd really need it to be honest, as in there own ways there as fast as each other. either one of them matched with good ram and graphics card is gunna be a monster machine.

i'm going with the quad purely cos the only other option for me is a duel core 2.4, the 2.6 is 1333fsb as well.

what stepping is the 3ghz duel core? might be worth looking into..

like i've said there both VERY good cpu's and the difference would be minimal, as they both have strengths and weaknesses.

the other two look ok but there overclocked? and dont have sli.
and the last is just too much for a graphics card

i wouldn't bother with water cooling to be honest, not unless your seriously lookin at major overclocking

I don't think theres enough of us that play it to justify our own server, at any one time theres what 3-4 people on??

hello all been a while, will get back into BF2 cos BF2142 keeps crashing when loading maps

 

had a good few hours yesterday

 

i still havent shot anybody on here yet

had a few hours on it few days ago got 9000 points now

need some knife points thats what slowing me up

 

Delete the 2142 folder in my documents folder, then try.

But be warned it will erase your saved favorite servers and also user name and password so you will have to re type them both.
