No real point mate as my other one I'm building will be pretty much the same. I would love to keep it but I don't think I'd ever use it.

Lovely spec and lovely looking car, I would keep that and track it based on what the other is worth and cost to finish. You can keep a track car in good condition, especially if you armour fend the front paint.

My track 911 looked mint after 20,000 track miles.

Lol, not a comfortable place to be.

I have toyed with selling my 205 gti 1.9 but I keep coming back to the fact that I may not have the opportunity to own one again this good for the money and once sold the money gets spent elsewhere and soon forgotten...albeit your 3 door is prob worth 3 times my little 1.9gti.

Best way to make your mind up IMO Is to use it for a week or so, I could always contemplate selling a good car but often after driving it I HAD to keep it or could sell it as felt indifferent to it....I expect you will use it and say to yourself "what was I thinking?"

How many have you owned recently, 3,4?? I wish I had your issues.
It seems to me that this is what you've wanted. Keep it, drive it and enjoy it. If you're worried about pranging it then drive it with respect until you relax a bit and or get some tuition. Build up a load of spares and repair it if it goes wrong. If you blow an engine, you rebuild it. If you bend it you repair it.
Please enjoy the lovely car rich!

Rich those wheels are awesome and would look the nuts on my mk3 cortina....

I have your car on my phone as the styling is very retro.

I would need to double check but I think 8j, 215s on the front and 235s on the rear.

What width would you need to clear your brakes mate and I will check as I'm taking them off tomorrow.
