Ford racing puma # 61. * S O L D. *
My FRP # 61 is up for sale. I took this in a deal against my Cosworth about 6 months ago. The details of the car in addition to the std FRP spec are;
* 2000 W Reg.
* 54k
* T&T.
* S/S catless centre section and S/S back box with 4 ½” tailpipe.
* Colour coded F2 rear spoiler.
* Colour coded engine cover.
* Colour coded rear calipers.
* New Genuine FRP mud flaps all round.
In the last 6 months;
* Full service.
* New disks and pads all round. (Front discs were £222 each )
* New Yokohama Prada 215/40/17 all round.
* Refurbished front calipers.
* Refurbished alloys.
* New S/S exhaust manifold.
* New oxygen sensor.
* Uprated exhaust mount.
* New exhaust sealing ring.
* Top of the range Clifford alarm with extras. (Std Ford alarm & immb are still connected and working, both insurance approved.)
* 35% Tints all round (No where near as dark as they look in the photos.)
* Under sealed by TGM Motorsport. (Who also fitted the new manifold and sensor.)
The interior is in excellent condition with only minimal wear on the Alcantara trim on the steering wheel and a few marks on the alloy gear knob.
The bad bits are that the car is showing as Cat D from 5 years ago, the previous keeper stated that he was informed that this was due to a cracked front bumper and dented wing which were both replaced, the slam panel was also colour coded at the same time. If you know these cars you’ll know how expensive the body panels are. There are also the usual few stone chips on the front bumper etc, it is almost 9 years old !.
Looking for £4.5K May PX ?(+ Cash for an EVO ). Also inc in the sale will be the used std exhaust manifold and sensor (Std exhaust manifolds are approx £400.)
I know that there are a few who will feel the need to slag the car off because it's a "Cat D" without seeing it, i'd prefer if those few keep their comments to themselves and off the thread ! (at least come and see it then slag it off )
I'll prob get banned for too many pics (Photo's are a bit shit due to a crap camera phone )

Looks very nice Pretty reasonable mileage & even if it is a cat D its deffo not a bad price
Cat D on these sort of cars is so easy to obtain due to limited build & expensive parts - in the time i owned a clio v6 the insurers wanted to cat D that car over a cracked intake vent & mesh so a wing & bumper damage on an FRP would be similar even if it was just minor damage
