You want be dissapointed fella, great cars that the s2`s are, i never put oil or water in my scooby in the two years i drove it,great performance, crap economy but there so punchy with awesome grip and handling...lovely sound too and as s2`s are going for such strong cash at the moment you`ll get a far newer car for the same cash. That one for sale looks really clean too, low miles as well.

i have had quite a few imprezas of the earlier variety, they are a lot better on juice than a sti wrx ra and quicker than a standard uk turbo.
