My Drivers side seat is fucked, need a new base for it pronto so if anybody has one spare I can buy off them I'd really appreciate it. I've been told a passengers side seat base will do the job.. It's out of my Escort so I'm unsure as to whether or not a fiesta seat will fit, can anybody confirm either way?

My seats are trimmed in leather, I'm literally only after a base, not interested in a full set etc..

i do have some in my shed
but i think you are better off getting a cheap seat locally or welding that one
i refirb recaros and when i strip em they all have broken welds so i weld every broken one then a few more bits to keep it solid

i've got a drivers & passenger seat base from a sapp cosworth if wanted; not sure if they'll fit tho?

The runners are also no good on the base above else I'd of just had them welded back on. don't weld myself either so I figure it might be cheaper to buy another seat/base instead..

Will any MK4 Escort seat base do? Are any other Ford seats the same base?
