jay its a bit of a fiddle but should be fit and forget and it only cost a couple of pounds which can only be a good thing.

Getting sick of steering wobble due to the shit design of the standard one ! just fitted a new one and its helped but still a little vibration with 8j wheels

also found time to renew the tca bushes which were a bit of a headache and replace the powerflex strut top bushes which are utter shit with standard for ones.
as you can see we aslo got the strut brace fitted.

Absolutely mint Jeff, i have to say it be careful with those powdercoated pulleys mate i did mine and the coating cracked leaving them loose

chris its only the v-pulleys that are powder coated,the teeth on the other pulleys are bare steel

i made the mistake of powdercoating to look good but had to have them all blasted

trial fitted the heat shield to check it didn't foul the breather hoses and it did so had to drop it a little.

the heat shield will get re-covered and the brackets zinc'd,im waiting on more hoses and fitting to come.
also put the down pipe on to check were I wanted the lambda sensor boss welded in.
