started the car today and there is no rattleing/viabrateing it was only very slight noise just i used to own a ca18det that blow bottom ends constant so im always listening out for any noises so im now considering just putting new shells in before any serious damage can happen

I wouldn't jump the gun too early mate this sounds more like something resonating at that frequency if it is only doing in in between that RPM range. More than likely something has worked its way loose or rubbing against something causing the vibrations. Bottom end knock would be a lot more consistent.

Sounds daft but check the water pump pulley bolts when I first got my cossy many moons ago it had lost two out and the other two were loose causing a vibration and a knock.
