Default Rev counter problem after coilpack conversation

A week ago i have installed my new wasted spark kit from MSD..

I have done the Bridge at the Rev counter, romeove the parts from the green and black coil cables. But i use them futhermore for my omex shiftlight.

The first 300-400 miles everthing worked fine, the car runns good, rev counter works, and shiftlight too..

Today i has driven some miles, suddenly my rev counter fall to 0, and my shiftlight dont work any more...

So i tried somethings, i mounted a other rev counter with the bridge ion it too, nothing and it dont work..

At the black coil loom are still voltage, but it shows as on the green wire isnt any rev signal..

A friend of mine has the same problem.

Had anybody here the same problem or can help me?
What can be the reason and what have i to do to fix it?

Mine did something similar to this, i spoke to MSD who advised me to take the cover off the ecu and take a look at the part on the board at the part i have circled, it turned out that had overheated, you can tell because the plastic covering will have split, they sent me a new one out, it's been fine ever since..

Same here, rev counter was working for exactly one day and then died. The rev counter itself is working but I cant get a signal and the diode signal directly from the coils dont work. Will check the WS board this evening...

Today i changed this part the 3 time.. Evertime it works for some weeks and then it
overheat again.

I allready drilled holes in the cover of my ECU to stop it, but same problem again.

If nobody have a good idea to stop this shit i think i will build back to stock ignition,
i dont want to use this diod method..
