mine smoked when coming back on the peddle after over run, I took advice and did the valve guides and seals, no difference, I then did the turbo as thought it was that, ended up being bore wear so ended up with a full bottom end rebuild. So my advice would be take it for a leakdown test before you do anything will save a lot of hassle and wasted money.

i think its one of 2 things, turbo, as it running 24psi on stage 2 t3.
or like you say bootom end as I have had this b4, but its only done 2500 though on new engine, well bottom end on a 205 block.
it has all breather system on. seal and guides wouldent it do it in the morning though.

Leakdown test will show nothing if it is NOT the compression rings gone>
Ie the oil rings can be knackered but the compression rings ok it will show ok, the compression rings however will NOT stop oil getting past them.
Make sure your breather is all clear, that you are running a aftermarket one as it will do this with std one.
The oil only has two ways to enter combustion chamber, either seals or rings, the seals being the ones on the turbo or the ones on the valve stems.
Look in your inlet pipe between turbo and the throttle housing to see if there is any oil here, if there is you have a leaky turbo if there is not you are most likley looking at valves stem seals.
If you have suffecient wear to kill the stem seals the guides are probably shot as well as the exhaust valves, which they suffer from terribly.

I also have this problem, just cant se the smoke when overrun.. she about consumes about ½l pr. 500km if I give her some heavy pedal often. Head is very healthy with new stems and guides.. and turbo, hmm.. no oil inside inlet or exhaust. Maybe I should try this Auto RX

Over run = vacuum in the intake = any oil in intake gets sucked in comp chambers= blue smoke
As above check inlet tract for oil,if 2wd remove elbow by t/body as this is were it collects the most oil
If you have oil here then its 2 things turbo seals or u still have a vac tube connected to breather sys
Mine was the turbo
BUT when changing a turbo clean ALL parts cooler plenum pipes etc
