Too many posts.. I need a life!!
You could do but I can see a couple of problems. The ecu won't like any more boost than it's programmed for and will cut fuel and spark if you exceed it's boost limit. I see from your signature that you have a superchip, this probably means you are already at the limit of the injectors. You would also need to leave the amal valve wired up otherwise the ecu will detect a problem and may limit spark advance, but I'm guessing here as to what form (if any) the LOS mode will be. Overall I think it would be best to leave it there as it's used by the ecu to reduce boost if something is wrong and this might save your engine. If you want more boost you'll need another chip, uprated fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator (assuming you've got a 270bhp chip).

and besides, piping the nipple direct to the wastegate will actualy reduce boost as it will open it as soon as it comes on boost and drop the boost off.
i'd recommend going to see a specialist like MSD etc to get it setup running the right boost for the chip and injectors safely,
its all well and good having a load of boost if only for 15 seconds in 4th gear up the motorway until your pistons melt for the sake of usuallty less than 100 quid to have it all checkd over and setup properley.
