In your fucking DREAMS . Greys run out of fuel at 440bhp (unless you mean 8 of them ) .

To achieve 500bhp at 7k on a 2 litre Cossie engine, you would need a T4 size turbo, and sufficient fuel (8 greens or 4 x 750cc injectors) and 30-32 psi depending on headwork / cam choice.

Dan,
Just over 500cc at 3.5 bar.

Wilky,
That is a hell of a lot of pressure to be running at, you sure the fuel pump is up to that and won't cavitate ?

Personally, I would use a high flow pump and run it at a lower pressure....

Wilky,
You need to check that the pump is okay to run at that pressure, because don't forget that with a rising rate regulator, it will have to run at 7 bar (with 2 bar of boost) and it may shit it's load at that....

The standard Cossie one is very good and is cheap as chips. Will run at 3.5 bar static fuel pressure all day long (which means it sees 5.7-5.8 bar on big power engines) . Avoid the FSE ones .
