I hate the phrase "toning up".
You can't "tone" a muscle.
It's a process which involves increasing muscle mass and decreasing bodyfat to look more defined.
So, go to the gym and lift heavy and eat loads. Then in 6 months maybe try and lose some fat. So lift heavy and eat a bit less and add in some cardio.

Its the easiest thing to say and the hardest thing to do, explaining the whole process i mean...sounds so simple, eat loads, lift lots train hard....lift lots eat less and run more...simple yet so so hard to get right...

Is it just me who thinks 5'8 and 65kg is skinny? It's only 10 stone you must have skinny arms and legs and a pot belly as you say you want to lose it? Not being an arse just thought 5'8 and 65kg for a bloke is skinny as it is without losing more weight by cycling
