Immaculate Series 2 Zetec Turbo genuine 46000 miles
Due to a new business venture I am testing the water with this for sale thread. Some of you may know the car I have not owned it long 6-7months but have spent a considerable amount of time and money on in my ownership. Ideally would like to sell to someone who would admire and care for it as I have.
Since being in my ownership the car has been set up to a safe boost level of 1.5 bar of boost. The car is capable of much more but does need mapping for full boost. MSD have said the engine is more than capable of 450+bhp it just needs the right set of lifters.
The Rondell wheels have been fitted with full suspension geometry setup again after hours of trial and error with rebound rates and height adjustments to prevent wheels catching the arches it is now set up perfectly.
The car is a 1989 g reg 90 spec. Its had 3 previous owners, Dave has owned it 5 and it has covered 46k from new (400 miles in the last 2 years!)

Body
The body work is totally standard and the arches have not been trimmed or cut. It has been wax oiled underneath from an early age and it shows.
The car has never been welded or crashed but has seen paint on a few bits ( only to freshen up )
To stiffen up the shell after the coilovers were fitted, it has a adrenallin rear strutbrace which as been proffesionally painted black and the boot trimmed to make it look oe.
Interior
Original interior half retrimmed in top quality black leather with all metal work powdercoated black. (not a tennis cabriolet interior) Retrimmed by an aston martin dealer at huge expense.

gaz coilover shocks brand new & unused
powder coated rear arms and trailing rods with poly bushes
full S1 anti rollbar setup all powder coated and poly bushed with rose joints on the tie rods ( powder coated black and white )
adjustable TCA's on the front
Had full geometry setup after fitting
Brakes
Cosworth conversion on the front done with new callipers
focus rear disc conversion done with all new parts
braided hoses front and back including in engine bay

Built by field motorsport for dave keech (cliffs1 on here for his massive s1 project)

standard s2 alloys with nearly new tyres on
Transmission
brand new ap racing high torque kit
S1 box with quaife diff fitted. ( sprayed metallic grey ) Built by barra, has been rebuilt in my ownership but unfortunetly has now become quite loud and lost the synchro to third and fourth gear in the H pattern. Still drives perfectly well but can be hit and miss if you can find 3rd gear. Needs rebuilding ideally.

Price is £8000.
