Hiya, i was wondering if someone can help me, ive got a 1990 2wd magenta cosworth, the engine let go lasted month, the shells in good condition, with a cloth trim, its still mot'd. My question is what is it worth with no engine and is it wirth me saving and buying another engine and selling it. Can someone give me rough guide prices for both, ie what i can expect to get for it.

depends on condition TBH mate, a mate of mine struggled to shift a magenta 4x4 with no engine and ended up breaking it. i got the doors, bonnet, boot, bumpers bonnet and back pannel lol

Is the engine rebuildable or is it scrap? That will make a difference to the price? How did it let go?

it's a impossible question to answer with so few details, minus engine anything from 500-2k depending on how good the shell is and what toys it has.with an engine anything from 2.5k for a shitter up to 7k for a minter.

i let my shell go for Ł1200. fresh as a daisy new paint just a rolling shell.

where you based as could help with the shell as mate has all running gear.
