At least it was super light to push up to the trailer. Big Thanks to Mark Walker and his lovely Mrs for travelling 5 hours to come on Sunday and discuss everything needed and then do the whole journey again with the car today.

Look, 1 finger and full arms length. 1000 cranking amps and 4 times the life of a normal battery. It has a little computer in there so if you leave the car sitting or leave the lights on it will turn off and then you press a button and it will have kept enough power to always start the car. Sealed and as it isn’t lifepo4 it is safe and works with normal alternator. Not cheap but 3kg is sooo light.

We were fed up with the wooden one falling over in the wind. I might powder coat it brown next time I put some wheels in for refurb.

Still some shrouding and tidying to do. The little screen is the toucan that shows all the dials reading from ecu that I have shown before.

Getting some traction now. Tunnel is being prepped, I have asked Mark to find a way that the electrics can hide through the tunnel so that you cannot see wires in the car

I forgot I had these, I found them when clearing out the loft on my workshop today so will see if they will go on the front or rear of the car. I am having a latching handbrake so will not need a cable.

It has always annoyed me that when working near the sump I would always scratch my arm where someone had just cut off the unused speedo cable and left strands, the plastic gear just spun in the housing so today I made a plug / bung on the lathe.
