I have just brought a set of 8x17 comps for my mk5 escort rs2000

tested fitted them up and all fit well on et35 as im running coilovers so no clearance issues

i know im gonna need to roll the arches

but now i need to get some rubber for them and keep getting mixed views what to run.

205 40 17
215 40 17
215 35 17

just aint got a clue now what to order

if anyone has any pictures fitted please post them up

 

I've got 205/40/17 on my 8X17 comps because they are on an RST. I could try them on my RS2000 though if you wanted?

There is a slight stretch on the 205 and the rims have been stone chipped as a result though.

im thinking it maybe better to try 215 35 or 215 40

215 40 theres more choice
