hi guys iam new on here my boy got a 1.4 tdci fiesta got two problems with it the other day it lost power and had a sucking noise coming from it and today it starts for about 20 seconds then cuts out as if its out of diesel but has plenty in it any ideas !!!!!! thanks peter

 

first problem sounds like you've got an air leek somewhere.
2nd problem could be the fuel pump or blocked/knackered injectors.
