Default Idle speed control valve

Is a 4x4 sierra cosworth idle valve the same as a 2wd ?

i've used one on my 4x4 set up off a mates 2wd car, so i always thought they were the same, but i cant be sure.

used my 2wd inn 4x4 no problem . only if L1and L6 changed too L8 -switch wires - other wise its sounds like a mashin gunn .

i got a new one from woodfords and they asked me if it was 4x4 or 2wd ! so must be different.
