Try changing rotor arm first! and dizzy cap, make sure that plugs are not failed up, and the dizzy normally has an electronic part on it which packs up, cant remember what is called a module.

I can't see why they would be diffrent as they're for the same engine.

I'd just try it and see. If it's the wrong one then u could sell it on ebay for more than u paid for it

I reckon.....you should try gettin the igniton module on it tested

Bet you a jam tart the igniton module has gone

(black box on the dizzy and has a 3 pin wiring plug, know what i mean?)

Oh and if you do need a new dizzy or anything, i can probably source you one
