Default Fiesta XR2i 1.8 16v MissFiring???

Easy peeps, My Fiesta started missfiring yesterday and I dont know what the hell's causing it

Basically I was driving to me mates when I turned me stereo down and heared the engine missfiring. I can smell petrol through the oil filler hole and its missing on numbers 2 and 3. Ive got a brand new coil pack (Fitted today) and 4 new plugs (Correctly gapped) fitted last night (after problem occured)...

Any ideas what to check/look for/replace??? There's spark going from the coil pack and out the HT Leads (Replaced 4months ago for Champion ones). There's power to the injectors, but it still missfires

Cheers
Fletch

If its missing on two cylinders and you have changed the coil pack . could be head gasket, remove the plugs and do a compression test that should tell you

Cheers Dave, tried doing a compression test today but me mates gauge would not screw into the plug holes! So gonna take engine out and replace it with a 2.0l 16v instead now
