recently bought a escort cabbie mk 4 and my horn dont work i checked the fuse and thats fine what other simple things can i check which could be unplugged bearing in mind someone who had the car b4 was a bad modifier !

 

Ummmm, the horn might be fucked, the plug might not be on it, should be (as you look into the engine bay) in the front right corner, should be a (i think) Red/yellow stripe coloured wire with 2 plugs on, or possibly the switch in the steering wheel, or they also have a brush pack in the steering column......few ideas for you there.
