I've been checking the fuse box as you do and i've noticed
that there are several fuses in the wrong place.
I used the fuse box top to find out what fuses go where.

I also got out the manual for the car and checked the fuese in there aswell, Oh dear, the bbok is different to the fuses box cover, so i am now in a pickle as to what is right and wrong. I was going to go with what was on the fuse box cover, but since i've read the manual and it's telling otherwise i don't know whats best.

Any help would be great.

generally if there is contacts there should be a fuse plugged in......

There will no doubt be some empty ones. Still the old saying....if it aint broke...dont fix it? U dont know what has happened to the car previously unfortunately

 

I got the car from a chap in Liverpool,
It had been shut away in a lock up for months, but she's solid.
A few things needed doin and a few things that have now cropped up, Like the fuses.

I also noticed that there are a few relays missing according to the fuse box cover.

 

just one thing that does come to mind, it could have the wronf fuse box cover?

Sometimes there are things marked on the cover that arent in there?

Look at the ones that are missing, and see if they have contacts there, sometimes they may have two contacts where they share the busbar for power, but if they dont have all the contacts present its not meant to be there....
