just one thing that does come to mind, it could have the wronf fuse box cover?

Sometimes there are things marked on the cover that arent in there?

Look at the ones that are missing, and see if they have contacts there, sometimes they may have two contacts where they share the busbar for power, but if they dont have all the contacts present its not meant to be there....
