will the engine out of my 1.4 escort mk 4 fit into my mk 3 fiesta 1.1 both m reg fiesta is ohv escort is cvh help

yes mate that should be and straight swap as long as you have the car next to each other the only thing that you have to watch out for are the engine mounts because at this moment I don't remember if the one in the escort are the same as the one in a fiesta but I think they are.
