Controls Boost by pulsing on and off from ecu signal and bleeding air to and from actuator.
The plus is that is can also reduce boost when the ecu senses high acts and/or rpm.
What spec you running?
I use mine and never had any problems and i run 26psi 24held, but in order to do that you'll need to jet it correctly.

Hi
I removed mine because it was faulty, but had no troubles with it before. I replaced it with a mechanical regulator (bloody bleed valve) which was crap, and have now replaced it with a blitz boost controller. It is the best thing I ever did. The amal valve is replaced by two solenoids, and gives strong reliable boost! Also, now I can choose the level of boost I want at any time
Costs though!
Hope the above is of help.
PS - We are practically neighbours! look out for white saphire cossie in the Starcross/ Newton Abbot Exeter area!!

I know its a lot of dough for the controller, but man, what a difference!!
OVerboost is a thing of the past. The override cuts it back when it tries to get too high!!!!!
They are reasonably common on ebay. I went for a Blitz DC which did very well (older and black and white), and now haved the new colour one.
The DC cost £200 second hand, the Colour SBC new cost £450.00 - lots of dosh, but about half price of retail!!!!
Christmas is coming!!!!!!
