hi ive got a 89 saff cossie which is blue smoking its ok on tick over if you rev it stationary it smokes a bit but when your driving an nail it it will blue smoke but clear up the rev range, jus had the turbo reconed costing 200 quid dont want to start rippin the engine to bits if you guys no any solutions sold my s2 rst for this motor startin to wish i dint

 

valve stem seals maybe?

 

sound like valve stem oil seals to me, it may be worth replacing these anyway they are not that expensive.
