hi there, new to the forum.
i'm lookin to buy a xr2i 16v and do one of 2 things.
fit the 2.0l head, cams, ecu, maf sensor, throttle body. then useual de-cat, full system, uprated manifold, air filter. then get it all set up properly.

other option is jus drop in a 2.0l lump and mildly tune it. chip zorst and filter and probly a few other bits.

was wondering is it a straight swap for the 2 zetec lumps? or what work is involved. was figurin its the same system so shouldn't have to mess with fuel lines and pump annoyin things like that.

and lastly any idea on power output of a standard 2.0l zetec? and possible outut of 1.8 with mods i said. a mate reckons i could see 150bhp on the 1.8

cheers mate, had a look round but cant seem to find much info on it. a mate a work reckons its a straight swap but i'm not sure.
