3dr boost problem

been out in the cos and the oil was a little low

i think i have starved the bearings as the car wont boost and whines when the turbo spools up. what does anyone think of the turbo service kits on ebay and if that would solve the problem??????

should it be play up and down or left to right if they are gone???

up and down movement and side to side is ok(within tolerance) IT'S the in and out movement(shouldn't have n e ideally) of the shaft that WOULD be the problem
