zetec head swap help!

does anyone know if a 1800 zetec head will fit onto a 1600 zetec block,
and do 20l zetec cams make a big difference! can anyone help?

not 100% but i think ur stuck with 1.6 head you can fit 2l to 1.8 or 1.8 to 2l but not on 1.6 and it depends on cams and engine code i think rbq or rqb is130bhp spec sorry for bad news
