Just got my car back from garage where they have managed to pull the amal valve out of its housing,it is held in by two little pegs and they have broken one of them off. Ive sealed it back in place with some glue will this be ok and can some one please tell me what this valve actually does as since they have been fiitin a phase one conversion to it the pipe work has been T pieced together so now instead of havin three pipes coming off it there is only one??? why??any help will be grately appreciated. cheers.

 

The amal valve controls boost from a signal from the ECU, I'd have it replaced as soon as possible to make sure it operates properly.
