Default saph cossie brake problems

Hi i have fitted redstuff pads all round on my saph and bled the system with new fluid, Problem is now the servo does not seem to assist braking and my abs light is all all the time with the abs not working as well. I have tryed to bleed the brakes like it says in the workshop manual (undo valve on caliper press brake to floor and hold, turn ignition to number 11, Tighten valve, foot off pedel, wait for pump to stop, turn ignition off.) But this does not work as i get no fluid out of the valve. The only way i can get fluid out is if i put my one man brake kit on the reservior and open the valve them turn ignition on. I have done this a couple of times and am sure there is no air in the system as it runs clear but the problem is still there. the pedal is solid and stays at the top (i can drive the car and even get the brackes to lock up but i have to push harder than i use to for them to react, Like i said there is no assistance anymore) The new fluid i got is dot 5.1 fluid that i got recommended with the pads from the same company.
Please somebody help i am going to donnington next sunday and need it working quickly Thanks Ian,,, :

When you switch the ignition on, do you hear the ABS pump working - if not, check the fuse/relay behind the glove box, or check that the wiring on the pump hasn't fallen off.

The pump works fine you can hear it when you turn ignition on.
