Can anyone help? i have a Sapphire cosworth 4x4, on a k plate. At the moment im suffering for splutters in high gear, low gear, high revs, low revs. u name it! Also the rev counter needle goes on a mad one, up and down like the clappers!! Can anyone help

 

My mates Sapphire had his rev counter do a dance and there are 3 plugs under the bonnet just above the engine at the back and it was them, took them apart cleaned them and missfire and disco rev counter was cured, i run a 3 door but i am sure another sapphire owner will agree with this , i think some owners have cut the multi plugs off and solderd the wires
