hi
i took the clocks out today to check the bulbs and found that the last owner had done away with the bulb and relay, on the relay block connector he had bridged 2 wires together why i dont know. i have now fitted a bulb and relay, light comes on does self check and goes off but when driving at about 50mph light comes on and stays on.
what is the next most common fault abs wheel sensors or abs ecu, and can you still get them

any help would be great

i would check for dirt/dust build up on sensors and pick up rings, ensure everything is clean, connections e.t.c. then try again, let us knopw how you get on!

hi
i checked ohms and ac voltage on all 4 sensors and found that n/s/f and o/s/r werent reading at all, so i went down fords and they wanted £103 eh .
then i remembered the 4x4 at the breakers went and had a look and found them in good con and giving good values so had the lot for £10.
got back fitted them and now it all works lovely , so thanks guys for the input to helping me fix it

so i went down fords and they wanted £103 eh

some people think removing the bulb and it's all fixed only have to spend a bit of time as you HAVE and got a result on the breakers price

glad you good it sorted
