are they the same? if not whats the differnce

No they different. I believe the turbo has 1 extra take off

fooking hell they are properly different! the 3i rad is massive (and shit ) where as the S2 rad is slightly shorter to allow fitment of the t'intercooler and has a water feed take off for the turbo.

Disregarding the difference in size, would you state that the core itself is better in the S2 rad? Just askin because many are changing to standard mk4 1.6 cvh rads for the size and price.
