Well ive managed to get my rs to start now but i think its only running on cold start valve as it dies after about 3secs like the fuel has been shut off! Any ideas?? i suspect either fuel pump or metering unit any help much appreciated cheers

 

when it cuts out feel each one of the exhaust tracts to see if any are warm, if any are cold them that cylinder isnt firing, swap leads to a cylinder that is ok and repeat.

Have you thought about the dizzy at all, maybe that is playing up?
