here goes, 2wd saff got a prob with electric pump on master cylinder, it keeps blowing the fuse next to the relay behind glove box, ive changed the relay, ive run a fused wire from the pump straight to batery and it doesnt blow, as soon as you link pin 30 (live from fuse) and pin 87 (power to pump) it blows the fuse within two seconds which point to a dead short in the wiring, i run a wire from pin 87 of the relay to a junction in the wirng just above the turbo (three wires meet into one thick wire which then goes to the pump) and it worked fine - until tonight,its got a dead short again! the question is does anyone A have a wiring diagram which i wil gladly buy or B no where the joining wires go, theres one the same thicknes as the one ive replaced alredy, theres one which look like it goes to a resistor and theres one that just disapears back into the bulkhead. i no is a bit heavy for a saturday night but any help would be massivly apriciated cheers

 

I think I have a abs wiring diagram for saff as I think it came with my 3dr diagrams, if I have it I will scan it tomorrow, send me a pm if you still need it tomorrow and I will let you know.

 

cheers mate the more i think about it tho when i unplug the hydraulic pump the fuse doesnt blow, maybe ive got an intermitant fault on the pump, if its sticking maybe.
