Default cossie wont start

Help is needed, i fitted a new chip ( 270 bhp Turbosystems ) i had a BBR stage 1 fitted originally but it felt sluggish and not 270 BHP so i took the brain out and the chip is standard looking with a written sticker on it saying BBR STAGE 1. I took the BBR chip out and fitted the Turbosystem chip but now the car just turns over and wont start is there something i have to reset or does anyone have any ideas.
Cheers

Sounds dodgy if all u did was change the chip mate Have u tried putting the BBR chip back in?! If it works then the new one is dud or isnt made for the ECU u have!!

1. Have you got the right chip for your ECU? ie Level1/6/8 chips are not interchangeable, so you must have a chip that is suitable for whatever ECU you have.

2, Is the chip plugged in the right way round? The little notch in the end of the chip should face towards the edge of the circuit board.

3, Is the chip plugged in correctly and securely, with no pins misplaced and hanging out?

4, Is the main ECU connector plugged in securely and locked in position with the retaining clip?
