ESC COS DASH PROBLEM

ESC COS DASH PROBLEM
Mate of mine has had his dash out to replace the bulb on the left hand side of his speedo. The bulb has a sticker on it saying NON SERVICABLE PART or something like that. Can anyone shed any light on this and can they be replaced ? All other bulbs have nothing on.

I cant exactly remember but yeah thereis a bulb holder which should not be removed, IIRC its the power supply for the current invertor for the electro luminescent dials (I had to strip mine to replace the invertor )
BTW there is actually a bulb in the clocks also, onthe other side which lights the odometer..
If his guages arent working its gonna cost him about 70 quid for a new invertor setup
