Default stalling when cold

hi, had my ect sensor (blue) change on my sapp cossie 4x4 due to over fuelling and the fuel regulator and ecu co screw adjusted. the problem is now that the car starts fine from cold but when i go to pull away it just splutters and stalles. it runs fine when hot .any ideas because its doing my head in.

Why was the fuel regulator and co screw adjusted?

co screw was adjusted to bring the co emissons level down ,not so about the fuel regulator, but car was running fine when cold before ect was changed and adjustments made.cheers

Mine does the same was running rich and cold start probs changed the temp blue sensor today fixed the rich bit still stalls when you rev it from cold been told the loom breaks on the temp sensor by the bulk head i will let you no asap!!!!!
