Default -1.1 psi with engine not running?

I keep getting a reading of - 1.1 psi MAP from my SEC monitor even with the engine not running (just power on). Is this a ground issue maybe? I just bought a new 3 bar MAP sensor and still the same. Also the monitor is set correctly to 3 bar.
I also have a spa boost gauge and it reads 0.0 at the same point and I get 26.1 max boost with that and only 21.0 psi on the SEC Monitor.

Anyone else with anything like this?

it's quite normal to have a small offset like that with the map sensor
