Hi guys any help would be appreciated I have a mk 1 xr2 cvh top zetec bottom with turboJust wondering whats the best oil to use ​​​​​​​I have posted this on this site over a week ago & no answer in another section
I hope someone can advise me

Hi tnx for reply I have looked and I still can't see the exact answer to my question their us several types of oils mentioned but none specified for my situation

Whats unique about your situation that isn't answered there?
You keep (as you've posted in that thread I highlighted too) saying CVH top, Zetec bottom. Thats a ZVH. So as per that thread and many others on here (and other sites) there are a few suitable ranges. Brand name is a personal preference

Doesn't matter if its bored out to 2.1, or a 2.0 or 1.8 bottom end, the dynamics for oil requirement of this engine type are the same.
