Bearing lubrucation
Hi folks, i have question about plain bearing lubrication. I adapted the ignition distributor because it is taking up too much space and is pretty much in the way of the supercharger piping.
The question is should i make some holes in the bushing/bearing so it gets lubed?
As you can see theres is a spiral that pumps oil down. The spiral is pretty scored as some caked up oil blocked the route.
the car makes some whining noise wich seems to come from the ignition distributor. I think its the bearing.

My not just run one of these and just swap over the bottom gear for the 2.8 one? Not 100% sure it'll fit but they're cheap enough to try. Will give you the option to go sequential at a later date if you desire.
