Default Machining zetec block

Hi everyone. Does anyone know of a good machine shop around Midlands area so I can get my N/A zetec block bored to 2.1 and get the oil feed and oil return put on. Any help much appreciated.

And merry Christmas to you all

Oil feed and return for a turbo ?

feed is already in the block and the return goes in the sump. Again for a fwd blacktop it’s very easy to sort.

You could but I am not a fan of a chunk of brass hanging out of the block. I copy what ford did on the Rs. There is another port behind the low oil switch. It’s the same 1/8npt.

This is the genuine ford fitting.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-F...kAAOSwKphb99FW

you then need an m10x1.5 banjo bolt

Oil return on a Blacktop.

The Rs does have a differant casting for the sump there is an unused bung in the same place that can be drilled and tapped for either a barbed spure or an An fitting.

Yes the plug in the oil gallery is a torx.

for the oil return I’ve done several. The one in the photo is a steel jic hydraulic fitting. Ive also done them with ali An10 fittings and a plain barbed spure. The last is the cheapest and was the least hassle.

Push the pipe on and a good quality jubilee clip. It’s not as flash as an An fitting but it didn’t drip or anything.
