Somehow I need to get this off:

Zetec auto "wet clutch" I think but cant see any way off with it

There will be 4 nuts on the opposite side of the torque converter that hold it onto the flex plate with the starter ring on.
Look around the opposite side from the photo possibly through the starter hole, you'll have to spin the converter to see and then undo each nut.
Converter just pulls off then, it's half full of oil.
The flex plate comes off just as the flywheel would.
