Iv been doing a few jobs on my zetec turbo over winter and one of them is converting from a ford zetec coil to toyota yaris coil on plugs wasted spark. I wanted to wire them in into my ecu and start the car before I get my ecu reprogrammed just to make sure they are all ok.

My question, could I start the car without the dwel times on the ecu being changed or could it damage the cop's?
